Admissions Policy for September 2018 Reception Intake
(Childs date of birth 01/09/13 to 31/08/14)

Prospective Parent Tours

Wednesday 15th November 9:30am
Monday 20th November 1:30pm
Friday 1st December 9:45am
Thursday 7th December 9:30am

Parents must complete and return the standard application form known as the Common Preference Form to the Local Authority (address will be on the application form) by the stated closing date. Failure to provide a Common Preference Form (CPF) would mean that the application is not valid.

If you would like to apply for a place for your child at St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School  you must also complete the SIF form below and return it to the school. To support the application please provide a copy of your childs birth certificate and baptism certificate (if applicable).

Please see the school admission policies below.  If you would like to register your child at St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School please complete the forms for your childs relevant school year and return them to the school.  The school will hold the details on file and when a place becomes available at the school it will be allocated in line with the school admissions policies.
